FinaLLy Dhoni out in the open!!

15 06 2009

Dhoni’s   performance was always a concern to me. I did at several times argue with peers that this master of skillless strokes wouldn’t survive for long. But everyone bounced back at me pointing out his number of wins and g8 captaincy . I am glad his over appreciated talent is out in the open and people realize it was only because of Bcci  that  Mr dhoni wore the crown for last few years. It’s high time he stepped down from the post and gave the honourable captainship to a young , technically correct cricketer so that we dont have to face such embarrasment in the next World cup.

Why Dhoni should step down?

  • Terrible Batsman(skillless).
  • Keeping has dipped.
  • Unfoccused due to all controversies that surround him.
  • Too chilled out(works out to be -ve most of the time).
  • Fake modesty.
  • Too experimental(should not be the case in do or die situations).
  • Over rated captain and batsman.

Total Recap of Painfull incidents in 08-09

The 20175px-Times08 Mumbai attacks were more than ten coordinated shooting and bombing attacks across Mumbai, India’s financial capital and its largest city. The attacks, which drew widespread condemnation across the world, began on 26 November 2008 and lasted until 29 November, killing at least 200 people and wounding nearly 500.

It seems like the biggest problem in the world is failure to get along. Many people labor under the delusion that dropping bombs (or strapping them on to your chest) is going to solve the worlds problems.

Global financial meltdown took away jobs of many and created the worst time for investers and share holders.2005041602740101

Satyam Scam – Raju Sent To Jail .

What more was to come . As soon as the big companies in U.S collapsed  , Raju admitted his million dollar scam .

This resulted not only in Satyam’s downfall but also sensex saw a deep fall and many outsourcing companies faced its consequences.

imagesbl    Mr Lalit Modi shifted out  Ipl  from India to S.A . Shows the inefficiency of the Inidian   government on control over terrorism.Few do think it was rightly done seeing the Sri Lankan attack , but A country like India cannot be lost in mist of terrorism and back out of its well desired purposes.

Ram sena at its atrocious best

17 05 2009
lets kick some asses. When did the self-proclaimed moral custodians of the society get the authority to bend the constitutional dictates? How can they afford to nurse tend barbarism in times of a civilized world order? These have again surfaced as crux questions in such dark times of atrocious cop-functioning and equally traumatic stand from the consciously gangrened party office holders.

In the wake of the Mangalore pub incident and the tortuous, uncouth handling of a seven year old girl by Etowah police ( Uttar Pradesh), we can only keep giving discerning glances and keep our finger crossed about how the scene might unfold under such custodians of society.

Taking a cue from the Shiv Sena in Maharashtra, the Shri Ram sena had plans 2  disrupt Valentine’s day celebrations in Karnataka.

Women throughout the state in response sent Pramod Mutalik a pair of pink panties for Valentine’s Day. But these undies won’t make his heart go pitty-pat
Such losers deserve much more. YOUNGISTAN has to come together to fight such talibanisation:D

IPL BANG!

11 05 2009
Nothing more disatrous than our own SRK!IPL is at its very best. When all teams are rubbing it in for the top 4  slots our dear kkr lacks skill to even stand in for game. Its caz of the coach or MR SRK does not really matter. Its just making the team’s  performances go down  and all we should be worried about is IShant. He is not only spoiling his name being in the team but all his talent is going the dog’s way.Saurav being sidelined from captainy was the biggest mistake kkr could ever make. I guess only option left for The SRK team is to make the cheer leaders play. Atleast then they will get closer to victory in next Ipl.
Now there are rumours going around that Shah Rukh Khan wants to sell off his Kolkata Knight Riders. He is irked with the kind of ego that Ganguly is showing. Ganguly wants to be the king of Knight Riders while Shah Rukh Khan feels that he along with the coach should be making most of the decisions like what happens in Football.
ipl-teams_4cFUG_3868       Four of the teams (Chargers, Kolkata Knightriders, Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore) being led by non-Indian cricketers as compared to only a single team last year are proving no better than Indian led teams. But it has to be accepted that gilli’s team has seen a huge turn around from last year’s performance. But appointing  non Indian captains doesnt really seem to help the kkr and Rcb! Talking about warne -he is my personal favourite . But he really needs to buckle up , depending only on pathan and smith wont really get him ahead in the matches ahead.
KP it almost seemed was weighed down by the price tag and the expectations during his entire stint in the IPL. He seemed to be trying too hard and probably hence did not really succeed. KP’s relative inexperience also came to fore with some of the tactical decisions that the Royal Challengers have made – Rahul Dravid being moved up and down the order for almost no apparent reason (Rahul has been the most consistent player for the Royal Challengers this IPL season); Ross Taylor and Jesse Ryder also being moved up and down the order with no success; non-selection of Mark Boucher (a player of immense international experience) for the initial few games.
Kumble to a certain extent has brought in some semblance of order to the team and this is partially manifested in results. He has led from the front and has been one of the most economical bowlers in the tournament so far but he will have to get the likes of Uthappa, Kohli, Kallis, Ryder and Taylor to play to their potential if the Challengers need to make to the semi finals. There is too much of chopping and changing in the side currently which is not giving the team desired result. The overall performance of the team so far gives an impression that people are uncertain about their ‘roles’ in the team.

KKR-      Now here is another example of an ineffective leader harming their side real bad. McCullum cuts such a forlorn figure on the field that it’s pretty much a foregone conclusion now that KKR will not making too much of a comeback of sorts. Nothing has worked for the Knight Riders right through the tournament now but as a leader McCullum should have got more out of Dada, Murali Karthik, Ishanth, Gayle, Ajantha Mendis. Baffling also is the choice of players in the squad – the likes of Bangar and Aakash Chopra only helped them increase their ‘frequent flyer miles’. And why buy Mortaza, Pujara, Henriques if you were not going to play him. Relieved of the burden of captaincy McCullum could still be able to fire and some team would pay dearly for the lean run he has had so far.
